2 Opening Anthems from Luke Hellebronth & Worship Central

As worship leaders, we know how tough it can be to find enough songs that can be used to open your service. That’s why we are excited to bring you Stand Up and Ready For You, two great anthems from Luke Hellebronth & Worship Central.┬áBoth of these worship songs will fit perfectly at the beginning of a worship set and encourage your church to dive in to the worship service.

The first song is Stand Up, which serves as a song that fixes everyones gaze on the rescue of Christ and encourages hope in those who may be experiencing a tough time.

Stand up, everybody stand up
Come on lift your eyes up, see the King
Our God, such a mighty fortress
You are with us, for us, Jesus our King

The second is Ready for You, a song that asks God to make us more aware of His presence and declares that our lives are dedicated to living out our lives for His glory.

We are living for the Glory of the Lord
Hearts are open wide, we’re ready for You
There’s nothing we want more, You’re all that we adore
Jesus, here we are, ready for You

Listen to the audio for Stand Up and Ready for You, watch the New Song Cafes, download the Free Lead Sheets, and then try both of these songs out. Don’t forget to let us know how it goes!

  1. The song “Stand Up” starts “With history behind us, destiny before us,” can it get more challenging than that? To realize that the church with it’s rich history is waiting for us to stand up and reach for Jesus is not just a challenge but an encouragement.

Today at church the visiting pastor said that the church in America is the least praying church worldwide struck me, and rebuked me. We in America need to stand up and join in the battle. America needs to stand up on it’s knees, and begin to pray, I need to pray and stop wasting time.

Please if you remember, please pray for the American church that we would put away our toys and join in the battle, on our knees and let Jesus win the victory.
